The approach

The order matters more than the tools.

Five stages, roughly in this order — though the real work is rarely as tidy as a list makes it look.

  1. 01

    Listen first

We spend real time understanding how the business runs today — not how it's supposed to run on paper — before a single tool gets mentioned.

  2. 02

    Find what's actually stuck

We trace where time, leads, or information get stuck in practice, which is rarely where people first assume.

  3. 03

    Decide what's worth building

Sometimes that's one workflow. Sometimes it's a full system. Sometimes the honest answer is nothing needs building yet.

  4. 04

    Build against the real process

Whatever we build is tested against how the business actually operates, not a generic template that happens to be close enough.

  5. 05

    Stay close after launch

The business keeps changing after we ship, so the system has to keep up — this isn't a one-time handoff.

Let's find out what's actually going on.

A short conversation, no pitch deck. We'll tell you honestly whether this is worth building.
